If you are an early childhood educator, you should love to work with children from diverse backgrounds and interests.

A degree in early childhood education affords you the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, but all of them usually age in range from a month old to about third grade, usually when the child is eight years old.

An early childhood educator has to think on their feet and constantly shift focus. In a classroom setting, early childhood teachers must utilize diverse methodologies and approaches.
